- Administration of all services in buildings, including negotiation of maintenance contracts
- Attending to tenants’ issues including maintenance and repairs and periodic inspections,
- Payments of all operating costs e.g. insurance, premiums, rates, ground rent, security and dispatch of rent proceeds to bank accounts after deduction of the agreed management fees.
